1. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us as soon as possible.
3. I didn’t receive a confirmation email - what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us with your full name and order details.

4. How long does shipping take?
UK: 2–5 business days
International: 5–14 business days
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
6. Will I have to pay customs fees?
International customers may be responsible for customs or import fees depending on their country.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

Most of our pieces are true to size. If an item runs small or oversized, it will be stated in the product description.
12. How should I care for my Afragrl pieces?
We recommend gentle wash or dry clean in cold water, using a mild soap, ensuring you avoid harsh detergents, bleach, and direct sunlight, which can cause the colors to fade.
